  • Contingency. There must be a contingency in place where the execution of the lease or purchase is contingent on the proper license being awarded. Willing to pay premiums and potentially option payments during entitlement for the right property.

  • Must meet the proper Zoning and Setback. We can help with that. More below.

  • The better the location and property the more we are willing to pay premiums and option payments. Everything is variable and case by case.
